Alpoco confirms the selected panel in the written quote after considering the measured home, orientation and the rooms beside the patio.
Clear panels prioritise maximum daylight and the lightest visual roof appearance.
The main tinted option reduces visible light while retaining a transparent roof character.
Visible light transmission and UV protection are different measures. Neither number alone predicts how warm a completed patio will feel.
Morning, afternoon and seasonal exposure change the light and heat experienced below.
Existing windows, eaves and surrounding buildings affect how much daylight reaches the home.
Roof height, open sides and airflow contribute to outdoor comfort.
Trees, fences and neighbouring buildings can materially change the result.
A free site measure can include the available panel samples if you choose to progress.
The final panel type, tint and measured configuration are identified in the written quote.
The panel is specified as part of the complete Clearview system.
Visible light transmission for the clear panel option.
Visible light transmission for the main tinted option.
UV protection is not a complete measure of heat performance.
The completed Keysborough patio uses two panel tint levels beside the living room and side zones. The selection responds to different daylight and solar-exposure needs across the roof.
For your home, show the view from inside the adjoining room as well as from the garden. A roof photograph demonstrates a configuration; it cannot establish the indoor brightness you will experience.
