• call, email, message or otherwise contact Alpoco
• use interactive site tools such as customisers, saved designs or browser location features
• browse our website, where limited technical data may be collected automatically

When you choose the quote-page location helper, your browser asks for permission to share your location. If you approve, the site sends those coordinates to BigDataCloud's reverse-geocoding service to prefill suburb and postcode.

How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and provide requested quotes, consultations and support
• recommend products, estimate scope, plan site visits and manage customer follow-up
• send service-related communications about an active enquiry, quote or project

We also use Meta Pixel on many pages and Meta Conversions API on quote submissions for advertising measurement and lead attribution.
